While IMEDA makes every effort to provide high quality education events, it recognizes that there will always be situations that may impact on our and your participation in a scheduled professional development course.

Registration
You will have several opportunities to verify your registration before you pay. Most of the events will be offered in person, by webcast and as a recording. Every person who registers will have the access to the recording as well.

Cancellation
We understand that some of you prefer in-person attendance and do not feel comfortable attending webinar or watching a recording. We want to respect your preference and we will accept cancellations of an in-person registration. You may cancel your registration if you registered to attend in person without a penalty up to 5 calendar days before the event. You may select a full refund or a credit for future seminars. Remember, you can always switch your registration to another mode of attendance directly on the website after you log in into your account.

If you need to cancel your in-person registration after the deadline and you are not interested in watching the webinar or recording, you will receive a credit for a future registration but not a refund of your payment.

There is no refund for orders of webinars or recordings.

If you by mistake order the same event twice, we will replace the second order with another event based on your wish or give you a credit in your account that you can use for future orders. The credit never expires.

Should IMEDA be forced to cancel, postpone or change the content of an educational event, a full refund or credit for future events will be offered to those who have registered by the time of the change.

IMEDA is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancelation, or postponement of an event. IMEDA shall assume no liability if an event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen occurrences or any other event that renders performance of this event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible.
