Teaching moments: The best and the worst
Aileen has been practicing Canadian immigration for 16 years. She has served as a CAPIC Director at the Ontario and National levels, where she was involved with several CAPIC committees, and continues to contribute her time to bi-annual meetings with CBSA-EIOD, and educational events such as the annual NEC.
Aileen is active in the immigration consulting community as a presenter and educator for CAPIC and local schools, and occasionally writes for ImmQuest Magazine. She is the past National Vice-President of CAPIC.
Born and raised in Toronto, Aileen is a first-generation Canadian to Filipino immigrants. She currently resides in Kitchener, and enjoys her time off with her family and her motorcycle.
