Benjamin A. Kranc is senior principal of the firm, and has many years of experience assisting clients in connection with Canadian immigration and business issues. He has been certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Immigration Law, and is one of only some 30 lawyers to have achieved this distinction. Mr. Kranc has appeared on television and radio, and has spoken at numerous conferences, seminars, and information sessions - both for professional organizations and private groups - about issues in Canadian immigration law. He teaches immigration law at Seneca College in Toronto, and has also written extensively. He has had regular columns in Canada News, a publication distributed at Canadian embassies around the world, and other newspapers. Mr. Kranc is also the author of a text on Canadian immigration law published through Canada Law Book, entitled "North American Relocation Law" (formerly "Human Resources Guide to Immigration"), as well as co-author of "Living and Working in Canada", and "Getting Into Canada".

Mr. Kranc has experience in both corporate and personal immigration matters. In addition to knowledge and experience in all facets of Canadian immigration law, has extensive business experience, and as such can guide applicants through not only their immigration needs, but also recognize the related business issues. This edge gives business clients the ability to "hit the ground running" when they arrive in Canada. In terms of corporate immigration, Mr. Kranc's clients include corporations ranging in size from boutiques to Fortune 500 multi-nationals.
