Dianne Russell is a Canadian who has lived and worked on three continents and recently returned to Vancouver after three years in South Africa. Her work with international students and immigrants has spanned a period of almost 15 years, including experience as a Canadian immigration officer, immigrant services program coordinator, ESL teacher, IELTS Examiner, and now Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. She currently works with the International Student Advising team at the University of British Columbia, International Student Development, assisting UBC's over 9000 international students with visas and permits.
