Fadi Yachoua is an immigration and refugee lawyer. He represents clients at the Federal Court and at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. He assists clients with in Canada and overseas applications whether they are seeking status in Canada temporarily, as visitors or temporary workers, or permanently, as immigrants or refugees.
Fadi graduated from the University of Ottawa with a common law degree and a civil law degree, and was called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia. While at law school in Ottawa, Fadi worked at the Refugee Forum, located at the Human Rights Research and Education Centre, where he worked on research and law reform projects on Canada's refugee system. Before becoming a lawyer, Fadi studied physics and astronomy with a specialization in space and communication science. Fadi has lived and worked in the Middle East, Africa and North America.
