Julie McMahon R509339 is an expert at Express Entry and instructor for IMM Seminars, a top CDP provider for Immigration Lawyers and Immigration Consultants. She is the author and publisher of the Express Entry Guide for RCICs and mentors approximately 200 other registered ICCRC Representatives on the Guide.

A native of British Columbia, she has been a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant since 2013. Along with her immigration practice, Julie has an extensive background in immigrant settlement services and career counselling. She is a member in good standing with the ICCRC, a Member of CAPIC, a Member of the BCCDA, and a Member of Career Professionals of Canada, holding several certifications in career counselling and development. Julie holds a bachelor’s degree from UBC, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from SFU, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Development from DIT, a Career Development Practitioner Diploma from SFU, an Immigration Law Diploma from CSIC and is doing her Diploma of Immigration Laws at Queen’s Law School in Ontario (exp. graduation 2021). She is also a Certified Resume Strategist and a Certified Interview Strategist with Career Professionals of Canada. Julie spent 7 years living and working in Ireland and the UK, returning to Canada in 2010. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of immigration.

She has worked with new immigrants and overseas clients for over 15 years combining years of career counselling with immigration law practice.

Her passion is to help individuals make their Canadian dream a reality. Julie has worked for Simon Fraser University, Trinity College Dublin, Employment Services of BC (WorkBC), The Spectra Group of Great Restaurants, and a top Immigration Firm in BC, Join Canada. Julie is also a volunteer for an Immigrant Settlement Services Agency, Chimo Community Services in Richmond and the Red Cross – Migrant and Refugee Services division in Burnaby.
