Krisha Dhaliwal is an associate lawyer at Larlee Rosenberg. Krisha offers services in all areas of citizenship and immigration law, and has a particular interest in complex family immigration, spousal sponsorships, same-sex family immigration issues, and intercountry adoption cases. 

Krisha graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2015, where she interned for the Provincial Court of BC, was a co-chair of the Social Justice Action Network, and was elected Editor-in-Chief of the UBC Law Review. Krisha also obtained a BA in Humanities and a Certificate in Religious Studies from Simon Fraser University in 2012. 

Krisha is interested in equality rights, anti-discrimination work, and access to justice issues for immigrant communities, marginalized groups, and women. In addition to her family immigration-focused solicitor’s practice, she regularly appears before the Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division, and Federal Court of Canada.
