I am Norilyn Oligo-Sarma.  I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant ( RCIC ) registered, license and proud  member  of  College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants ( CICC ).  I held a diploma of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a diploma in Immigration Law Specialist and Policies.  I am an Instructor from Immigration Learning &Information Centre ( IMLIN)and coaching new RCIC's.
