Prashant Srivastava is the Manager of International Partnerships in Seneca College, Toronto where he manages international partnerships development. He has 10 plus years of experience in the industry of international education & student recruitment with diverse leadership in Canada, US and India. Prashant moved to Seneca from University of California, Riverside where he worked as Associate Director, International. His work at UCR resulted in training of over 200 Indian public servants & student recruitment yielded partnerships with institutions in Canada, Middle East and India. Prior to that, Prashant worked for New York Institute of Technology and Vancouver Island University in leadership roles in recruitment and admissions departments. While working for Vancouver Island University in India from 2007 to 2010 he experienced challenges with canadian study permit and that led him to pursue Certificate in Immigration Law from the University of British Columbia to acquire knowledge of Canadian immigration law for study permit processing. He has participated in various round tables on study permit issues and have presented on international education and student visa trends & challenges in North America. in British Columbia. Prashant holds a B.Eng Degree from India, an MBA from University of Hertfordshire, UK. Presently he is working towards his Project Management (PMP) certification.
