Stanislav Belevici is a professional immigration consultant with a background in international relations and immigration law for over 15 years.

Mr. Belevici received his first law degree in 1998 from the Law Faculty of the State University of Moldova and worked after graduation for the European Commission’s TACIS (Technical Assistance for the Commonwealth of Independent States) program to Moldova and for the Legal Department of Ernst & Young in Moldova. After immigrating to Canada in 2002, Mr. Belevici completed a Masters Program in Comparative Law with McGill University in 2005. Later in 2008, Mr. Belevici completed a Bachelor Degree in Civil Law at the University of Ottawa. Between 2005 and 2007 Mr. Belevici worked as a Lecturer of Canadian Business Law and Canadian Import and Export Regulations at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Montreal. Mr. Belevici has completed his Juris Doctor Degree in Common Law and Transnational Law at Sherbrooke University.

Since January 2006 Mr. Belevici manages an immigration practice which specializes in all immigration related matters. During his practice Mr. Belevici counseled corporate clients on development of immigration policies and processes, as well as consulted clients on workforce mobility solutions and mitigations of risks related to immigration compliance requirements.
Mr. Belevici also represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board on deportation orders, extradition requests and spousal appeals.

Mr. Belevici is fluent in English, French, Russian and Romanian languages
