Vivian Yuen is a senior associate at Larlee Rosenberg. Vivian practices in all areas of immigration law, including applications for work permits, study permits, visitor visas, permanent residence, family sponsorship, permanent resident card renewals, citizenship, appeals at the Immigration and Refugee Board, and applications for judicial review at Federal Court. Her clients have included individuals and families from all areas of the world to companies in various sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, engineering, mining, information technology, clean technology, finance, entertainment, and education.

Vivian is currently on the Burnaby Board of Trade’s Pacific Gateway Committee, and has served as a committee co-chair for the Canadian Bar Association (BC) Women Lawyers Forum. She has presented at conferences on various immigration topics. She has been a commentator on immigration issues for Sing Tao Daily and Omni News and has written articles for World Journal.

In addition to English, Vivian is fluent in Cantonese and understands Mandarin.
