Description

This webinar will breakdown PR Card, PR Travel Document applications and IAD Appeal regarding Residency Obligation. We’ll also cover basic IAD proceeding rules applicable to this webinar and the other two IAD webinars Avery gives during July and August 2023. Starting July 1st 2023, IRB practice will be only open to RCIC-IRB tier licensees.
