Heather is a Digital Marketing professional with over 7 years of online community and social media experience and over 11 years of marketing and traditional brand management expertise.

Heather leads the strategy, management and implementation of social media initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team of a large Professional Services firm as well as the strategic development and the management of the firm’s careers site. In addition to her marketing and branding experience, Heather has been a graphic designer for over 14 years.
Prior to her current role, Heather held various marketing and branding positions within the Professional Services industry.

Heather holds an Honours Arts Degree from the University of Waterloo, she has completed a New Media & Technology Certificate program at the University of Toronto as well as an Integrated Branding Certificate with the Canadian Marketing Association.
