Description

IMEDA Mentorship series

The entire series is dedicated to practice management and ethics - these are two factors that can make or break an immigration practitioners (mostly sole practitioner). While the idea behind these series is to offer these tools to immigration consultants, we are positive that many new lawyers or lawyers who never practiced immigration law will find them useful.

As for the second part of each of these seminars, the format of the workshop is identical but each is focused on a different area of immigration practice - the area is identified in each agenda. The workshop will simulate a client's intake, assessment, legal advice, preparation of a file, submission and keeping track of the file.
