Louis-René Gagnon has held senior policy-making positions and operational responsibilities of the MICC-Québec for 20 years. He was the Secretary of Intercultural Relations Board from 2003 to 2006 and Director of the Quebec Immigration Office for the Middle East from 2007 to 2009 in Damascus. Since September 2011 he has been a lecturer for the program Advisory Service Immigration CEGEP St-Laurent where he teaches courses on immigration laws and jurisprudence and current economic immigration.
