• Amended selection grid on language factors
• New list of areas of training

• Maximum number of applications of 20 000 with exceptions

Changes to Programme de l'expérience québécoise as of August 1st, 2013
• Applications to be submitted 3 years following completion of program
• Increase on level of French by standardized test or by mean of education
Changes to the Entrepreneurs and self-employed from August 1st, 2013 to March 31, 2014
• Maximum number of applications of 500
• Minimum language threshold to obtain points for French factor for main applicant only including writing skills for the Entrepreneur program
• Minimum language threshold to obtain points for French factor for main applicant and spouse including writing skills for the self-employed program
