LMIA applications - lessons learned
After completing her Master’s degree in European Politics at Sussex University in Britain, Natallia moved to Canada to pursue her career in the immigration industry. In 2010, she acquired an Immigration Practitioner certificate from Seneca College, and subsequently became a regulated immigration consultant. Prior to joining Business Immigration Law Group in early 2013, Natallia worked for a well-known immigration law firm as well as a foreign worker recruitment agency where she gained valuable experience in the filed of immigration. Throughout the course of her career, Natallia has dealt with a wide range of Canadian immigration and citizenship matters, including economic class applications (FSW, CEC, PNP); family sponsorships; temporary resident applications, such as LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt work permits, TRVs, study permits; PR Card renewals and citizenship applications. She has also gained exposure to complex immigration cases involving issues of criminal inadmissibility, restoration of status, and misrepresentation. With a strong work ethic and a passion for the industry, Natallia has assisted many individuals in successfully obtaining their immigration and citizenship goals in Canada.
