Peter is the senior founding partner of Larlee Rosenberg, Barristers and Solicitors.  Peter has practiced Canadian immigration law since 1986, and has developed a solid understanding of the Canadian immigration system, as well as the needs of his clients.  Peter’s focus is on enforcement areas, dealing with Canada Border Services Agency and Citizenship and Immigration on behalf of clients.  Peter regularly represents clients on appeal before the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board and those who are subject to deportation or other enforcement proceedings, including loss of status for non-compliance with residency obligations. Over the past 30 years, Peter has primarily represented private individuals, travelling extensively in his work to represent clients in Asia, Europe, United States, the Middle East and Africa.  With his breadth of knowledge and experience, he also regularly represents investment managers, educational institutions, religious organizations, corporations, large and small businesses and professional governing bodies.
