As a Regulated Immigration Consultant with over sixteen years of experience in Canadian Immigration, Rupal is responsible for all types of temporary and permanent residence applications for her clients. She also manages Citizenship applications, PR card renewals, Renunciation of status and various appeals filed with the Immigration and Refugee Board.

She joined Chantal Desloges Professional Corporation, now Desloges Law Group Professional Corporation (“DLG”)  in August, 2010. Prior to joining DLG, she was an Immigration Case Manager at a leading law firm, Green and Spiegel, Solicitors and Barristers for over five years.  

Rupal has held roles as Immigration Case Analyst and Program Assistant with the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi, India for over five years, where she gained extensive experience in assessing and evaluating immigration cases for all categories in accordance with the Immigration Act and Regulations of Canada. She successfully leverages her experience at the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi, India. She won an Award of Excellence for outstanding performance as an Analyst in 2002-03.

 Rupal brings a unique blend of knowledge of the immigration process from both sides of the table. Clients benefit from Rupal’s keen insight of the Immigration procedures. She is multilingual, and has graduated with Honors from Humber College in Immigration and Refugee Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honor’s degree in Economics from University of Delhi..
