Qamar Yasmeen Tyyebi (aka Yasmeen) has 24 years of experience working in the immigration field with various high-profile immigration lawyers from 1995 to 2002. In 2002 she started her own incorporated firm: Can-Imm Solutions Inc. In her immigration practice, she is highly emphatic, focused on the client and the best advocate a client may wish.

Yasmeen is enthusiastic and highly organized, with excellent time management skills for demanding projects in any environment. She sits on two other professional boards: the Court Interpreters Association of Ontario (CIAO), as a secretary, and the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO) as a director for court interpreters.

Yasmeen graduated from an Immigration Practitioner Program in August 2002. She has a bachelor’s degree (hons.) in English, is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario, and is a certified Urdu/English court interpreter and translator with the ATIO.
