Business immigration – what’s out there for your client?
Canada has more than 22 Business Immigration programs, all with different eligibility criteria, including temporary and permanent residence programs.
This seminar will provide attendees with a detailed understanding of each of the programs, so that they can advise their clients on which is the best path for them. Different elements of each program, including language requirements, capital requirements, temporary versus permanent residence outcomes, application processes and timelines will be discussed.
In addition, the nexus between each of the programs and the Express Entry system, as well as opportunities to use the Significant Benefit to Canada and LMIA process will be presented.
