Description
In most cases, identifying who is a family member and the impact on the application is clear and predictable. However, issues arise in less common scenarios. Particular realities of marital status and children’s status will sometimes necessitate a more precise analysis of the provisions in IRPA, Canadian law and CIC’s policies. This seminar will examine nuances of the rules concerning family members in less common situations for both new and experienced practitioners.
