Lynn Gaudet, B.A. LL.B, RCIC is an experienced practitioner working in Calgary, Alberta where she has operated an immigration consulting business as a sole practitioner since 2004. She has extensive experience in adult education over many decades - teaching, writing and developing instructional materials on various aspects of the legal system for non-lawyers, including curriculum modules for the Bow Valley College Immigration Practitioner Program. She is a regular presenter for IMEDA and an occasional contractor for Emond Publishing Ltd preparing practice exam questions for RCICs. Her current work largely focuses on criminal admissibility under IRPA.
Lynn published the Immigration Practitioner’s Handbook from 2006-2012 and is a member of ICCRC and the Canadian Bar Association.
