Description
Owner operator
and other business opportunities across Canada
Join Phil Mooney while he navigates through the various opportunities for entrepreneurs and self-employed immigrants
With the closing of the Quebec Investor Program and other PNP options closed due to quotas, potential immigrants with significant funds are looking for reliable ways to come to Canada through opening a business. The seminar will provide attendees with details of three very accessible programs that will not change, have no quotas, and allow business immigrants to settle in any area of the country. They will be able to advise their clients on which is the best path for them. Specifically, they will learn about the Owner/Operator LMIA, the Intra Company Transfer Program, and the Treaty Investor Program, which now includes all countries in North America, Europe and some countries in the Pacific, including Japan, Viet Nam, Australia and New Zealand.
Different elements of each program, including language requirements, capital requirements, temporary versus permanent residence outcomes, application processes and timelines will be discussed. In addition the nexus between each of the programs and the Express Entry system, as well as opportunities to use the Significant Benefit to Canada and LMIA process will be presented.
Finally, the full client development cycle from inquiry to closing the sale will be discussed, as well as sharing tools and resources.
