Description

Christmas is a family time… we enjoy those who are with us and think with sadness about those who cannot, for whatever reason, be with us to celebrate the holidays. And while not all of us celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday, we all rejoice in the spirit of the goodwill and love this time brings to us.

What a better way to say hello to the holidays and goodbye to the year than talking about family from immigration point of view? The changes to the programs make it a challenge and we all want to be well informed and prepared for the new clients coming in the New Year. And of course, to say goodbye to the year of changes, we will review the most important changes in the immigration programs implemented in 2013.

Join us for a full day of our last seminar in the year 2013. You will find the program interesting and tailored to reflect the challenges we all face in our practice.

Topics:

Immigration Appeal Division: Alternative dispute resolution vs. full hearing
Parental sponsorship
Adoptions
Roundtable on past, present and future of immigration
PNP: BC, AB, MB, SK, PEI

We will welcome the holiday season and say goodbye to 2013 with a glass of champagne at lunch.
